Commision Terms

Payment

Payments should be made in $USD ONLY via Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle. Currency conversion costs are at the buyer's expense, and the payment is only considered completed when Sei receives the aforementioned amount in $USD in their account. If a commission cost is over $50, half is to be paid upfront, and the other half upon delivery of finished product.

Cancellations and Refunds

Sei has the right to cancel any order without explanation under the condition of a full refund.
Any derogatory or disrespectful behavior towards Sei will not be tolerated, and can result in an order cancellation. A partial or full refund may be available to customer depending on level of finish on the commission. Sei can refuse service to the customer in the future.

Wills and Won'ts

  • Will draw furries

  • Will draw multiple characters

  • Will draw oc x cannon

  • Will draw animals, simple mechs, etc

  • Will draw simple backgrounds

  • Will draw NSFW

  • WILL NOT draw anything that insinuates the act of pedophilia, non consensual NSFW or ANYTHING OF THE LIKE. I will permanently refuse service to those who request such art.

  • WILL NOT draw ANY sort of political messages or propaganda.

Revisions, Personal and Commercial Use

The customer has the right to 3 full revisions in the sketching phase of the revision. After finish, the customer may request minor changes such as eye color or inclusion of small detail. If more than 2 hours are spent on these revisions require a prior agreement and a proportional cost increase to the order value.
Once order is received by the customer, they have full rights to personal use. Should the customer wish to resell the product, this must be agreed upon by Sei beforehand.
The customer does NOT have the rights to use their order for things such as NFTS, Cryptocurrency, and the like. They DO NOT have the right to use the order in AI Databases or tools.

Tutoring

  • Tutoring is for teens ages 13-18, and done remotely via Zoom or Discord for the best streaming quality.

  • Each session is 2 hours long, and $100 per session (50/hr). One hour sessions can also be arranged.

  • Sessions will include working on projects with my active guidance, me demonstrating techniques and skills, as well as giving the pupil things to work on in between sessions.

  • Along with these sessions, I offer 24-hour chat availability for my students, so that I may offer guidance on projects worked on outside of our sessions. As long as the pupil is actively scheduling sessions with me, this guidance will be active.

  • I will start ever pupil off working with traditional drawing and working on the basic principles of drawing and design. Once I see progress and my pupil feels confident in their drawing skills, we will work exclusively in the mediums that the pupil wishes to excel in, and I will push them to be the artist THEY want to be.

  • All of my payment options are the same as they would be for comissions. Payment should be transferred to me by the beginning of the session.

  • IF you are a minor/are having your parents pay for your sessions, I require contact information of your parents as well (via SMS). That way I can also send them what we've been working on and maintain transparency with the paying party. I will not take pupils that are having their parents unknowingly pay for these sessions.

  • In the event such a thing occurs, this clause specifies that I (Sei Mejuritsky) am not liable for returning the money spent on complete sessions, as my services have been given to the pupil. The responsibility of returning the amount charged would be on the pupil. I will return any money sent for an upcoming session that has not yet occurred.
